At L&L Logistics d.b.a. Grab A Cab Taxi Service, we take your privacy very seriously. We make every attempt to keep your information private including your interactions with us via phone, email or contact forms. While we are getting an official privacy policy written to better explain what we collect, how we use it, and who may have access to it, I wanted to provide a quick overview and give you some resources to use in case you have concerns.
First of all, we only ask for information we need in order to provide you with our services, to answer your questions about our services, or to provide you with an estimate for services. The information we may collect include your name, business name, pickup/destination address, billing address, phone number, and email address. We do not at this time send any marketing emails or promotional emails to anyone who chooses to contact us and your personal information is deleted as soon as it is no longer required. Only the owners and employees that need access to the information are provided it, and are only given the information that their job role requires them to have (i.e., a driver would not be given access to your email address unless you need an emailed receipt). We do not share your information with anybody unless required to do so by law, by a government agency, or by court order or subpoena.
Our website uses cookies to assist with user logins, user options, and display settings. These cookies are built in to WordPress and are only set when you login. For a typical visitor to our site, you do not log in, cookies are not set, and no information is collected. If we publish an article and allow comments on that article, the cookies would be set for anyone who logs in to leave a comment. The text from WordPress below explains this better.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you receive mail from a sender identifying themselves as Grab A Cab Taxi Service and feel that the message is suspicious, please forward the message to abuse@grabacabmn.com and it will be reviewed. If the message is legitimate, you will be notified.
